I am having issues checking out

Occasionally, customers experience an error message when they are trying to checkout on our website. Here are a couple of common error messages and some guidance on how to remedy them:

Gateway Rejected AVS:

Have you moved recently? The billing address entered at checkout must match the billing address associated with your credit card. It's possible your credit card hasn't been updated with your new address.

In the meantime, please enter your old address at checkout for the billing address and your current address for the shipping address, and you should be all set.

Region ID:

If the address saved in your address book is different from the one you're using at checkout, it can sometimes cause an error to occur. Try going into your address book in your account and updating it there first. If you're still having issues, please send us a message via the Live Chat Beacon on the lower right-hand corner of the website, and we'll assist as quickly as we can!

ReCAPTCHA:

Sometimes the reCAPTCHA can glitch and cause issues. Here are some tips if that happens:

  • Make sure your browser is fully updated
  • Check that JavaScript is enabled in your browser.
  • Try disabling plugins that might conflict with reCAPTCHA
  • Try using PayPal for payment
