My order hasn't arrived, what do I do?

Orders are typically dispatched within 2–3 business days of being placed.


If you chose Free Standard Shipping, your order is not trackable in transit — it arrives in your regular mailbox along with your daily mail.


If your shipping address is correct and you haven't found the order at home, please wait until the 15th business day to allow for any postal delays.
